Our new sprinkler installations include highly efficient designs, products, and safety of the water source. We use a vibratory plow or ‘pipe puller’ so your existing lawn is not destroyed during the installation process. We take great pride in the efficiency and quality of our systems. If we install your system, you’ll get a 5-year warranty on parts, labor and design. If you have us maintain your system during those 5 years (activate and winterize), we will fix any major issues to the system in a timely manner and at no charge to you. The first step is to call our office at 509-701-2598 and schedule an estimator to see what your needs are and you will most likely get a quote emailed to you during the visit. Our estimator completes all of the quotes through an iPad, so they will be able to show you quote during the visit unless it is a larger system that requires more time.

We install profession grade products from Toro and Irritrol.

Sprinkler Blow Outs

Don't let the cold destroy your system!

When? Late September-Early November. Depending on the weather, you should be safe if you get your system winterized the first half of October. After that, mother nature has her own plans!

The winterization of your sprinkler system is a very important maintenance service that must be performed every fall to avoid costly repairs come spring time. During this service we will shut off your water (if not already off), hook up to your blow out connection and blow out all the water using compressed air. On average we use less than 40 psi through our large, tow-behind compressors. This type of compressor gives enough volume to winterize your system without the need of high pressure. After everything has been blown out and drained, we will also shut off your timer. The winterization is guaranteed as long as your shut off completely seals the water off. If the shut off fails, (which is uncommon but does happen) it will allow a small amount of water into the system, leading to costly repairs come spring time.

Backflow Testing

Protecting you and your water

NO LONGER SCHEDULING FOR 2023 SEASON

When? Generally any time as long as your sprinkler system has been activated or can be activated by our technicians. You may have a time frame from your local water department to get this done.

Understanding what back flow prevention means will help you understand the importance of back flow testing. Backflow is the undesirable reversal of flow from a private water system, into a public or community potable water system. By making sure your backflow prevention assembly is tested annually, we can insure that potential hazardous chemicals and physical contaminates don't make their way back into the public’s drinking water. All water districts require you have your backflow tested every year. Give us a call today to schedule your annual backflow test!
