Our story

Jones Sprinklers was founded by Alex Jones in 2009, after he spent four years working for Darnall Sprinklers in Post Falls while attending Mt. Spokane High School and Eastern Washington University. Alex started the company with just a few tools, some parts, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and has grown it into a successful business with a team of six service technicians, two crews of installers, and an office staff of four. In addition to serving as President and CEO of Jones Sprinklers, Alex also manages sales for the company.

Why was Jones Sprinklers started?

Alex founded Jones Sprinklers with the goal of addressing a major complaint about other companies in the industry: a lack of responsiveness to customer inquiries. Recognizing a high demand for reliable service, he set out to fill this gap and quickly found success. As the business grew, Alex realized he needed help managing the influx of customer calls, so he hired Christina Neff as the company's first office manager in 2015. Christina has since taken on the role of General Manager, and is now in her tenth season with the company. In addition to ensuring that all customer calls are answered promptly and professionally, Jones Sprinklers has also invested in the latest field and routing software, scheduling tools, and GPS tracking technology to enhance the efficiency, communication, and quality of its work.

Who is Alex Jones?

I grew up in the country northeast of Spokane in Mead, Washington. I graduated from Mt. Spokane High School in 2005. After high school I attended Spokane Falls Community College receiving my associates degree before attending Eastern Washington University. I enjoy hobbies such as wildlife photography, playing the drums, hiking, snowboarding, and exploring the world. One day I wish to be a wildlife photographer while running the company. My favorite place to photograph wildlife is Grand Teton National Park and my favorite place I have traveled to is Vietnam.
